Locate and map the underground accelerators,
injectors, reactors, walkways, and known escape routes.
(Include probable escape elevators and routes that may
have been partially constructed or unknown.) Don't forget
to seal the Control Room as soon as possible. Also Seal
the walk routes and escape elevators from the Control Room.
2. Seal the constructs completely, begining with those
located in populated areas.
3. Keep statistics. Plan a method of extinction.
4. Why be shy, inform everyone of the danger and prepare for evacuation.
